BOOKINGS

A booking is reserved once the seasonal rental agreement has been returned, signed and the 30% reservation deposit has been received by the Owner.

At that point, the booking is reserved until 4 weeks prior to arrival.

 

The booking will be definitely confirm once final payment (70% balance) and security deposit have been received by the Owner 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Failure to pay in a timely manner can cause cancellation of the booking without any possible refunds of money already paid.

 

PAYMENTS AND RENTAL PRICE

Payments methods accepted : Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer

 

A 30% reservation deposit is to be paid upon reservation and receipt of the seasonal rental agreement.

All 70% balance payments are due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival

 

Any booking made within the 4 week prior to arrival is payable in full immediately.

 

Security deposit has to be paid upon arrival (credit card pre-authorization)

No access will be given to any of our properties unless payment of the rental price and security deposit have been received in full.

 

All our rental prices are quoted in Euros.

The price quoted on the confirmed seasonal rental agreement is guaranteed, unless any changes in the booking or any additional requests are made.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are subject to fees :

  • More than 4 weeks prior to arrival : 30% of the total rental amount fee
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival : 100% of the total rental amount fee

 

A travel insurance policy is strongly recommended to the Client in such circumstances to cover cancellation fees.
